as like many artists, while i'm always happy to receive commissions—there is always the off chance that i decline your request. before you contact me, i recommend you read through the lists below to see what i'm willing to draw!

my main payment method will be through paypal. you can contact me by sending me a friend request through discord. my username is unjiismregarding flat color and rendered pieces, you must first pay half the price after i send the sketch, then the rest after you receive the full piece.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL—commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
my artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
ai/nft use is strictly prohibited. my work may not be used in ai datasets, engines, or minted as nfts.
i reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for things i will not draw.REVISIONS—revisions are only available during the sketch phase. once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY—commissions may take up to however long, depending on what you purchased and what is currently happening in my life.
if you want to skip the commission queue and be prioritized, an additional $5 USD is required.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS—i, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. you are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
i may use the artwork to:
- promote myself and my services.
- post on social media and in my portfolio.keep in mind that: i may cancel and refund a commission at any time, you may cancel before the first payment is made, and once payment is received, refunds are not available.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS—
you may:
- use the artwork for personal purposes.
- print the art for yourself.
- post it on social media with credit to me.you may not:
- use the artwork commercially without permission.
- claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- remove signatures/watermarks.
- resell or redistribute the artwork.
- modify the artwork without my consent.by commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
